1. Update to the latest version 2.3.5.33. 2. Check if the consumables are cut off. Inspect whether the cutter is damaged or stuck.

What should I do when new firmware reports an error on K1 MAX (2.3.5.33)?
Printhead module communication error. Check if the connecting cable has any crimps, looseness, or poor contact.

"Upgrade ISO image is corrupted" is displayed.
Determine whether it's a firmware issue or caused by poor USB drive contact leading to the upgrade failure. 1. What version is the firmware on the USB drive? 2. Was the USB drive securely connected during the update?

The firmware is not on the USB drive. After manually placing it and update but a "Failed" message appears.
