Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping Only:
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to assist in any way we can.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
